Track your blood pressure without the guesswork
Log readings on a tactile wheel, see what each one means the moment you enter it, and watch how your numbers move over time. Everything stays on your phone.
What it does
Tactile wheel input
Scroll separate wheels for systolic, diastolic, and pulse so entering a reading feels fast and precise, not like filling out a form.
Instant AHA classification
Every reading is labelled automatically: Normal, Elevated, Hypertension Stage 1 or 2, and more, so you always know where you stand.
Charts and history
See systolic, diastolic, and pulse trends across the last 7, 30, or all readings, each entry showing its classification at a glance.
Guided breathing
A built-in box breathing guide helps you settle before measuring, so your readings are as accurate as possible.
Daily reminders
Set a notification for your morning or evening reading and keep the habit going.
CSV export
Export your full history as a CSV to share with your doctor or keep as a personal backup.
Screens
The entry flow, trend charts, breathing guide, and reading history.
Questions
What classifications does the app use?
BP Log follows AHA/JNC7 guidelines: Normal, Elevated, Hypertension Stage 1, Hypertension Stage 2, and Hypertensive Crisis. Each reading is labelled automatically.
Is my data stored locally?
Yes. All readings are saved on-device only. The app has no network connection and your health data never leaves your phone.
Can I export my readings?
Yes. Export your full history to a CSV file at any time from the Settings screen and share it however you like.
Is this a medical device?
No. BP Log is a personal logging tool, not a medical device or diagnostic aid. Always consult a healthcare professional about your blood pressure.
Know your numbers
Daily logging that is fast, clear, and consistent, so you have the data when your doctor asks for it.
